This film was inspired by John Carpenter's "TheThing".
In the midst of a rescue mission, two survivors are stranded at an Arctic base when their helicopter crashes. Exploring the base, traveling between sectors, battling the bitter cold, searching for food and equipment, they make their way back home.
There's something here. Something that shouldn't exist in this world.
That object is something that creeps up on you in your sleep and steals your life...
Keeping moving is not the only safe option. Lack of sleep can cause fatigue and bring on hallucinations. If you can't balance your fatigue with your desire for sleep, you will fall prey to the Fear of the Unknown.
Game features:.
Perceptual changes in reality
The longer the survivor is awake, the more twisted the reality becomes. Signs of insanity vary from auditory hallucinations to hallucinations. Eventually, the twist makes it impossible to distinguish between reality and illusion. The player must observe, compare, and analyze the survivor's surroundings to determine what is real and what is illusion.
